White Construction’s team consists of Project Managers, Interior Designer, Warranty Service personnel, Subcontractors, Venders and Suppliers that are committed to providing the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. From the initial meeting, though the construction stage, to the final walk-through, Dexter W. White Construction focus remains on meeting their customer’s needs. Unlike other custom builders, Dexter W. White Construction does not end their relationship with customers at closing, providing warranty service and expertise beyond the completion of construction.

After obtaining his engineering degree, Dexter followed in his father’s footsteps working in the commercial, nuclear and residential construction industry. That experience was the foundation on which he built Dexter W. White Construction in 1992 as he recognized a real need for custom home contractors in the greater Chattanooga area. Dexter is a licensed General Contractor in the state of Tennessee and devotes his time and attention to every home built, overseeing construction management and the innumerable details within each custom home.

John Abney has over thirty years of experience in the construction industry. For over half of his career, he has worked under the guidance of Dexter White. John is also an excellent craftsman, specializing in custom cabinetry.

Tracy Bradley has been with DWWC for fifteen years. She oversees all monetary aspects of the construction process, working with subcontractors, clients and various banks.
